Nutriseed Gulkand or rose petal jam is a sweet Indian delicacy energized with dry fruits and nutritious seeds. According to Ayurveda, gulkand is simple to make its plus loaded with enormous health benefits. With cooling properties, it alleviates all heat-related problems like tiredness, lethargy, itching, aches and pains.


Contents of Nutriseed Gulkand:


1. Sucrose


Sucrose, are colorless sweet-tasting crystals that dissolve in water. Its also referred to as table sugar and it occurs naturally in sugarcane, sugar beets, sugar maple sap, dates and honey.


2. Glucose


Glucose, also called dextrose is one of a group of carbohydrates known as simple sugars. It’s the chief source of energy in the blood and the main sugar the body manufactures. Glucose normally comes from the food we eat; fruits, honey etc.


3. Cardamom


Cardamom, world’s ancient spice is famous for its intense, slightly sweet and minty flavor. It belongs from the ginger family, and is world widely used both in sweets and savory recipes. Its medicinal properties have been accepted since years and used to treat indigestion, asthma and bad breath.


4. Cashews
